Tried to post in ebay listings but it said no

first thing is that thats the original BR, no liner, i believe it is a lighter boat but i do agree, seems fast!

maybe it was on a good, cool, low humidity day! ??? randy's not gonna get too many days like that to test . but 78 seems fast. i just wonder bout the step in the hull, kips 24' had it too. never got a answer as to why some have it ?

78 doesn't seem out of the question. Maybe the step on this boat makes a difference? I don't think there were many built with it, and don't recall that any of Wildman's had it.

I like that boat on ebay. Not sure about the colors, but the BR is pretty cool and I know I'd use it, but a LD is still cooler. :D Gives a ton of storage and a place to catch a snooze or whatever.

Emphasis on the "Whatever". :)

You should be able to start threads in the eBay and third party listings forum.

What you can't do, is start threads in GiGi's forum as it's just set up for her eBay Checkmate RSS feed.

Just noticed that this 2400 on Ebay has a CG placard with 8 persons/300 hp max. My boat does not have a CG placard, that I can recall. I thought the 2400 was "unlimited" HP from the factory?

That 24 is not the BRX, so it may have run close to 78. No inner liner means it's alot lighter. Basically a closed deck with a hole cut out.

Just to throw in my 2 cents. My Jetmate is 19 ft, with 455 olds and with a bad engine in it, I got between 55-60 mph before it threw a rod on the last run. I have another 455 olds I'm about to put back in it with 3??+ HP, so since it's shorter and lower we'll have to see what it runs. But that does seem a little to fast for it. But what do I know!
