    Maiden Voyage

    looks like a nice time. I had follies at first. one time forgot drain plug....couldnt figure out why the boat was filling up...lol. I always put on a hose, crank and warm up, and put in plug at house now. Just to make sure it will crank up.

    New stuff for your boat this season 3

    got my hands on a cmc 5.5 jackplate for some trading. going to get it installed and have carbs rebuilt. hope i'm not wasting money on trying to get the trimate a little faster. 54 mph and it chines like crazy. prop is about 12 inches in the deep. Thinking jackplate will help. crossing fingers.

    cm, if you dont mind a little travel i can get you in contact with a tech near lake murray. i have had no personal experience other than talking with him several times but he comes highly recomended and is the tech for our department boats. he is big into performance/race boats. just an idea...

    Trailer Painting

    i used truck bed liner spray paint from lowes. gives it a rough texture which is different and havent had any rust issues yet. did with boat on. just had to tape up small area at a time while spraying.
