    All you do to use is. Make sure everything is sanded and cleaned up Wipe down with acetone apply 3 coats of contact cement to both surfaces and let dry between coats Only do enough for one sheet at a time where ever you have to make tight turns or anything like that Heat the Hydro turf up...

    Hydro Turf is cheap and if you take your time it looks great. Take a heat gun to it and it forms really well

    Mercury 150 XR2 - several ?'s

    Sounds like the prop could be a bit big. I have a 18.5 exciter and it had a xr4 150 with a 19 cleaver and it turned 5900 trimmed. New motor is 2.5 150 turning a 21 cleaver and its 5900 trimmed. with no jackplate.

    Well I use to have a 1994 150 2.0 on my 1981 exciter and it did ok real slow out of the hole. The boat would run about 55mph at 5800rpm's. Well i picked up a 1994 2.5 150 and had Shaun Torrente rebuild it. If you dont know who he is. He race F2 boats here in the states and F1 boats over sea's...
