Clean your main jets.. look at your plugs and see if you have a cylinder that is real lean .. with the tach giving you problems I would check the voltage regulater- Water Bug

how big of a checkmate for 6 people

I know its not a Checkmate but...
Glastron :surf:Had one like it a few years back but black and white with the same motor. loved it, it would make a nice first boat real good on fuel.easy to keep up. Find a machine shop that does spray welding .. they can spray the area with nickel then sand the area and paint. I just sprayed a set of ram horn exaust manifolds that were pitted and they turned out great they were going on a rat rod we sprayed them to stop them from rusting as the car is...- Water Bug
