We would defintely have some fun Sammie :D We will have to make it happen . And get my dad to tag along too lol .

Are you done yet???!!!!:poke:

Looks like your really smoking through it. Keep on keeping on:thumb:

Not yet Brian lol . But im trying . I got my coffee and im bout to head to the garage and push the boat out in the drive way . Trying to get as much done as I can before we get crappy weather . But my goal is to get the transom back in and get the flooring and stringer back in along with the seat framing . Than work on getting the hull prep for paint in the spring . So than all Ill have to do is paint when its warm enough again next spring and while that is going on the motor will be in the shop being rebuilt . Sammie keeps me on my toes but thats what friends do :thumb:

The last of the transom is out !!!! Just have to scrap the skin here in a few . Had to come in for a bit . Hands hurt so bad . Hands are already messed up to begin with (well whole right arm nerve damage) really shouldnt have been out digging thru all that mulch with a drill and boring bit cuz of the vibration . But it worked so well I kept at it till I got it all out . Now the fan is back in to help dry the thin layer of wood left on the skin .

Here is the last of the transom

We got all the motor holes patched . Tomorrow gunna hit it with the grinder again and put on a few more patches . Found a few other spots too that need to be taken care of . Like were the water pickup for the speedo goes . Just trying to get the transom area all back together so I can get the seacast is once its here .....

Just Checked my Seacast order . Fedex show it left orlando Florida around 5 pm yesterday and its in Grove City Ohio right now and will be here in Michigan tomorrow ... Which is great beacause I have to work tonight and tomorrow but have sunday off so looks like the transom will start going back together . My dad is posed to be here working on the transom while Im at work he said . Im debating on going out and grinding the hull smooth on the inside for the floor install here soon . But its so hot today . Said we could hit 100 degs actual air temps . I thought we were done with this crap . But shows monday 68 here and sunny . Now thats what im talking about perfect outside weather .

Making some nice progress there Will!

Thanks Mike , Im hopping to have the transom going back together by sunday . My dad says hes going to try and finish up the glass repair on the back the next 2 days while im working . Than we should be ready to start pouring in the seacast . Its went alot faster than I really thought it would and this is only in a weeks time . But on my days off I stay outside and dedicate the whole day to the boat and try to do as much as possible and its paid off so far .

Got home at 4:30 am from work . The boat was back in the garage when I pulled in the drive way . My dad really built up the transom where the motor sits . He filled in all the hole ground out all the cracks . It looks pretty good . Looks like he is going to lay another full sheet though . He's getting it already for the seacast . Which should be here today . And I have to work at 4:30 pm that sucks lol . But have sunday off so Should be able to get alot more finished . Maybe even go pick up some plywood and start getting some of the inside started .

Here is what dad has done while I was at work last night . He's here now with my uncle and getting ready to start doing some more glassing . My uncle was checking out the plate he made for my motor stand since he hasnt seen it with the motor on it yet . Hes looking my trailer over too . He is going to order me a new piece of steel for the tounge. It all unbolts from the the trailer so instead of cutting it off and welding new pieces in we will just remove the 8ft section and install a 10ft section . Well should get back out and and help out before I have to head to work ....

Here is the last part ill see before I head to work . He laid one more sheet of glass down . Once this sets he will grind it down again and than start blocking it . He said he might start fixing a few other spots while im gone . It keeps him busy lol ...

Just through till the gel was gone . Have to grind through the gel to access the cracks and what not to glass over them and fill them in . If not they will show back up after its painted and that wouldnt be good . Got to get out today to since Im off today and its cool out today and do some more work .
