Did your boat come with a cockpit cover? I have one for the Enforcer then use a universal cover from wally world to keep the dust off. I like the one from Amazon.:thumb:

It did come with a cloth cover, but it has been patched, is dry rotted and not waterproof. I like the one on Amazon as well, and have looked all over trying to find the best one. Just waiting to hear back on the make of ATC250's to see if it is a better buy. :bigthumb:

Working OT today. Finished the jobbut can't leave until 2pm. Going straight to my daughter's softball game then I'll get the name off the cover for you. I think I even have the receipt still.

Once again, not much progress this weekend as I only had one day to work on the boat. I didn't get anything done this past week, since I have been battling the flu and this upcoming week I will need to spend working around the yard in preparation of my sons 1st birthday party. I hope to get everything done this week so I can spend the weekend working on the boat.

I spent a good chunk of the day yesterday doing the prep work for paint later this week. I know my painter will go over everything again, but I wanted to minimize the time he spends on the prep for a quicker turn around.

Once I got the prep work to a good point, I started back on the wiring. I made up PVC mounting plates for the fuel/water separator and the battery switch along with one for the distribution blocks. I got all of the main battery wires ran and installed along with the main feeds for the distribution blocks. I didn't run much more in the way of wiring since it is almost pointless considering I can't finalize anything with the boat going in for paint.

I decided to redirect my attention to the back seat. I started to get the base frame work going, when my wife came out and said it was time to come in:irked: I could tell by the tone in her voice and the look on her face it was time to go in...

Next time I have a chance, I will get the back seat done and out to the upholstery shop, since that was suppose to have happened already:poke:

Don't count on me, I about blew my load this weekend. Just gotta give the sides a quick buff to get the striping up to par with the stripes above the rail, attach the hardware, and when the tint shows up tint the windows and install them. Most of that should be done before the end of the week. This seems to be becoming a common theme lately, I worked on my snowmobile like crazy in preparation for the winter and it never came. Now I'm prepping the boat for a lake that isn't nearly full enough. At least the river is just a short ride away. :)

She is heading out tomorrow for paint. I will drop her off tomorrow afternoon for final prep and primer. Friday she will get painted and clear coated. I will either pick up on Saturday or Monday morning. Once she is back home, I will finalize the back seat and get that out to the upholstery shop and begin on the final rigging:banana: The end is near my friends, and I will get a lot of pics from this point out:bigthumb:

I'm going to order a new boat cover. I don't need anything custom and super high dollar, but I don't want junk. I will leave the carport up this year, but I want to cover it as well. This fall I will start the addition on my home which includes an additional bay in the garage for the mate. Once the garage is built, I will continue to keep it covered to keep the dust off it.

What do you think of this cover? I would like to get it off Amazon since I have $150 gift card

I went and got one of these classic covers today for the ZT, as you can see they are made more for your average style runabouts and the widest part of the tarp is too far forward because the windshields on our checks are so far back and checks have a longer nose than most boats, for the price it will work just fine, and it's a pretty good fit for just walking into a store and buying it, got this one at Canadian tire, wrong color but it will still keep the dust off, its the biggest they make, size E, 20-22 ft.

bad pics because it was almost dark

the snap on cockpit cover underneath provides good support and any water should run off

Can't wait to see the new paint on your boat.:thumb:

If we're talking about Classic Accessories' Storm Pro, they actually make one bigger called the Model F, but it isn't listed in their sizing chart. I got one for my Enforcer. It is wider in front of the windshield, but it does cover the whole boat. You can find it on Amazon.

OK thanks, I stand corrected, size E was the biggest they had at the store, the one I got it the Classic Accessories' Orion Deluxe series

I did order the one I posted a link to, and already have it. If the cover doesn't fit right, I may have it altered to fit better.

I will be pickup up the boat tomorrow morning and will start final rigging tomorrow after work. I will post up some pics of the paint when I get it:D

A quick picture update... This week has been crazy busy, but I did make it over last night to help paint my boat. (I had asked him to wait until I was there to do the paint work) Taped off all of the flake, primered all of the blue, two base coats, removed the tape and applied three coats of clear. I will pick it up this afternoon since it still needed to bake when I left at 10pm last night.

That looks awesome:drool: Someday, I hope to do the same with my boat.
The blue looks like it matches the original color really well. What type
of paints did you use. Brand? Color? Thanks Jon

Here is how mine looks after sitting all winter
