We are having the Third Annual Caesar Creek Shootout on Saturday October the 6th with a rain date of Sunday the 7th. Pass the word to your Power Boating friends and post this info on your favorite boating web site forum. Last year we had approximately 60 "Go Fast" boats with any luck on the weather we will have a great turn out! We are going to try to find someone willing to serve grilled lunch from a pontoon near the bridge for a group picture at around 2:00pm. Please make plans to gather on the north side of the 73 bridge at 2pm. Please keep it safe! Wear your Life Jackets and remember no alcohol in Ohio parks.

Ceasar Creek on the 6th of October

My little '74 MX16 and I will be there. We have tickets for the Eric Church Concert at US Bank Arena that night though, so I can only stay until about 4 unfortunately- Pretty upset about it! Sunday would have worked a little better for me. I'll get there early that Saturday regardless-Really looking forward to it!

Jeff

I am going to try to be there around 9 or 10am. It seems like we are going to have a crowd. I would like to get in touch with Bill that has the twin turbo 30. I sure would like to see that thing run! Just to name a few..some mid eighties checkmates, a 32 Fountain (100+mph) 115 to 120mph bass boat. Should be a lot of fun! Lenn

Schedule-

Thank you Katt Nipp- appreciate the info. I plan to get there by 9, but was curious as to how it goes? I've never been to this or anything like it. Sounds like a lot of fun though.

I'm thinking about making the trip. It's about 5hrs away. Are there any hotels close? Or where is everyone planning on staying? I could always sleep in my cuddy cabin if I had to.

brian h,
in wilmington there is a holiday inn with a max and ermas restaurant in it.food is good there. its off st rt 68 just a few miles north of caesars creek. plenty of parking room.not sure what route you will be taking coming from pa.but if you go 70 to 270s to 71s you will see it on the right while heading south on 71.hope that helps some.there are prob more but thats the only one that i can remeber.cant wait.supposed to be nice weather.

Thank you boo, that does help. I'm excited to meet everyone and let this ZT eat!! Be there in this.

Good looking Mate Brian. I will be there in my all red 240, can't wait this is a great event. Last yr there were a lot of fast boats!

I might not be going this year. We have a benefit on Saturday that we'll probably be attending. Been a bad year for boating.. worst ever for us- just scheduling and dealing with life.

I'll see how it shakes out.. I'd really like to run it one more time before winterizing it.

I'm thinking of moving it to sunday with a test and tune on saturday for the ones who can't make it on sunday. Any thoughts?
