    Tow Vehicle Recommendations?

Very happy to hear your OK Diane, a car is just a stupid piece of metal and is replacable, a checkmate fan on the other hand is not. Late year 2004 6cyl Escape is a good choice, it tows my chackmate fine with a full load. Dont buy earlier as they have an unresolved transmission issue, but mid...

    SS prop vs. aluminum

I disagree on the cost of aluminum repair. I sheared off one entire blade and bent another nearly in a circle. Total cost of two new blades weilded and shaped, prop balanced? $104cdn. Less then half of a new prop. On Goldenlake, there are more shoals then weeds, SS props are an expensive...

    85 Diplomat with a 115 Yamaha OB

My 115 can pull a skier no problem. Also more then enough for a wake board. Remember the motor is only one piece, the prop is important too. If yuo use a pure speed prop you may have some hole issues with skiers, but if you drop down to a more mid range or a ski prop, there will be no issues.

    Advice needed for boat cover

Welcome Bo Your best bet is a custom cover. I recommend that you bring the machine to a canvas-sewer and have them make a custom cover to your spec. In Barry's Bay we have a canvas sewer, its a family run shop thats been making covers and tents for our region for like 50 years. For about...

I use Mean Green a product i have only ever seen for sale in Giant Tiger. Its a serious cleaner and degreaser, works like a charm. My boat seats glow after a good cleaning.
