you keep asking for dimensions, but it's really up to you. do you want to be able to stand under it? do you want to cover the front and backseats? width will be a couple inches smaller than your mounting point, so that's decided. when i designed and built mine, i made it so that i could...

    trailer tie down question

if you have some u-bolts on your transom, use them to secure the stern of your boat to the trailer. especially if you are traveling on the interstate or a road with higher speeds. when it comes to an accident, moreso with the lighter boats we generally have, i have seen boats flip over on top...

    Bimini on a Mate

I made a bimini for my Eluder, but I purposely made it to small to stand under. I figured it's most use would be when you are sitting underneath it drinking a beer, or eating. I used support poles in the rear, so when collapsed it stands on it's own above your head, but it can also sit flat on...

taylor should be able to determine what windshield you have from the hull number, i know, because i used to work for them. id suggest calling several times. it sounds like you're talking to a customer service rep, and they know nothing. get them to ask an engineer, or someone who can do some...

    What carpet do I need?

a trowel is a man spatula: basically it will probably come in a bucket and you will have to spread it on with that. hey, you'll have the practice down pat, and when my eluder gets finished you can come down and carpet that too!

    What carpet do I need?

I mostly boat on the Manatee river, as it is only about 2 minutes from my house. Also, it's brackish, which I like to think is 100 times better even if it doesn't really matter. Don't forget that the adhesive for your carpet will need to be applied with a trowel. And the fumes are horrible...
